Limited Edition Policy
Limited Editions, Across All Formats and Sizes
Each artwork is released in a strictly limited edition of only 50 fine art prints. This includes all sizes and finishes combined - there are no separate editions per variation. Once the 50th print is sold, the edition is permanently closed.
Up to 5 artist’s proofs (A.P.) may exist. These are reserved exclusively for personal archive, institutional donations, or exhibition purposes. They are not for sale and will never enter the market. Their role is to support the integrity of the work, not dilute the edition. This policy reflects my commitment to protecting the exclusivity and long-term value of each piece in my catalogue.
Certified Authenticity and Edition Tracking
Every collector receives a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, issued and secured through Verisart, a leading platform in blockchain-based art certification. This certificate serves as a legally recognized, tamper-proof record of the artwork’s identity and origin.
The Certificate of Authenticity includes the specific edition number (e.g., Print 21 of 50) and features a QR code affixed to the back of the artwork, linking directly to its digital provenance record. This secure ledger verifies:
- The title and description of the artwork
- The edition number and total size
- The date of issue
-
A permanent record of authenticity
This dual system of traditional signature and modern digital verification ensures collectors benefit from both aesthetic trust and technological protection. It’s a safeguard not only for the present but for future resale, donation, or institutional acquisition.
Why This Matters
Owning a limited edition fine art print means holding a certified, traceable work that has been intentionally protected from overproduction. This is not decorative printing. This is a tightly controlled body of work, where scarcity is not incidental but a deliberate element of its artistic and collector value.
As a collector, you can be confident that your acquisition holds a verified place in the edition. The limited release supports its long-term market value, increases curatorial interest, and ensures it will remain a rare object in both public and private collections.
