Refund policy

Returns for damaged or lost artwork

Each print is custom-made to order and part of a limited edition, making all sales final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted under normal circumstances.

Damaged Artwork:

If your package arrives with visible damage, you must inspect it carefully before accepting delivery. If the artwork appears damaged, refuse the package or ask the carrier to note the damage before signing. This is the quickest and easiest way to allow me to process a replacement with minimal delays and complications. If the package is accepted, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the packaging and the print.

If the edition is still available, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost. However, both the damaged print and the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) must be returned before a replacement is issued. If the artwork is sold out or cannot be reprinted, a full refund will be issued once the damaged print and COA are returned.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping for the damaged print and COA will be covered by me. If a pre-paid return label cannot be provided, I will refund the return shipping cost upon receipt of the return shipping receipt.

Claims for damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted, as the artwork may have been mishandled post-delivery.

Lost Shipments:

In the rare event of a lost shipment, I will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, a replacement will be issued.
